Below is some information about a fantastic ART COMPETITION open to all secondary level students.
COMPETITION DETAILS:
As part of our corporate responsibility program and specifically the social dividend associated with the new building Pramerica is organizing an art competition amongst secondary level schools to provide art to our new campus.The idea behind the initiative is to showcase local secondary school artists by placing their art in prominent locations on campus to be enjoyed by staff and visitors each day. The campus will eventually be home to over 1850 employees and welcomes hundreds of visitors each year.The art can both be hung painted art, a sculpture or a piece of physical design, this will be decided between teachers and students. The company is asking senior art teachers to help select three pieces of Art to go forward to be placed in the building and be in with a chance to win a cash prize for the student and art materials for your school.
The three artefacts from each school will be installed in the building during construction completion in the summer of 2017.The chosen students, their teachers and parents will be invited to campus after opening to view the art where we’ll announce the overall top three artists.Our new campus will comprise of 3 buildings with 3 floors in each building, we are planning to have a theme per floor therefore we have 9 themes.
